Our clients are primarily within the critical infrastructure sectors of Canada with a focus on energy and utilities, information and communications technology, transportation, public safety, government, and manufacturing.
The relationship with FutureShield often starts with a call or email requesting information on a particular solution, or looking for an application that can solve a very specific business need. In almost cases, technology solutions already exist and on the FutureShield radar because we are constantly evaluating new solutions as the come to market. in other cases, FutureShield will conduct research to find a solution that meets the very specific need.

For many of our clients who do not speak IT, we become the translator with the IT department, project managers, and business analysts ensuring systems are following IT standards and process. Training involves multiple components and programs are designed around the specific needs of our clients. Technical training, Train the Trainer, and User Training are all options within the project process; however, we also support drills and exercises using tools from our portfolio to help you develop powerful adrenalin filled, close to real life as possible, exercises.
FutureShield has long-term relationships with our clients in government and critical infrastructure. They typically come back over and over again to work on new solutions as their needs grow and adapt. We continue with follow-up communications, development of user groups, and monitoring of technical support programs offered by our vendors to ensure clients are getting exactly what we promised.
